Wetherby Town Council is committed to being open and transparent about how we operate, how decisions are made, and the services we provide.

As part of this commitment, we publish information about how we spend public funds, procure services, the land and assets we own, our structure, decision making process, and fraud.

Under the Transparency Code 2015, Wetherby Town Council is required to publish any individual item of expenditure over £500, excluding VAT, at least quarterly and any transaction made on a Government Procurement Card. Whilst a full list of expenditure is included each month as an appendix to the minutes of the Town Council meeting, the publication of the below lists’ forms part of Wetherby Town Council’s commitment to being open and transparent with its parishioners.

Please note: Some exemptions may apply to the data provided, such as where data is barred from disclosure by the Data Protection Act. Individual staff and pension data is also not included.
