Thursday Market
Every Thursday 9am to 3pm, Wetherby showcases its traditional open market in the Market Place around the Town Hall. Expect a personal service and great value from our stallholders.
There’s everything from apples to vacuum repairs! You’ll not only find fresh meats, eggs and breads fruit and veg but there’s also plants & flowers, clothing & shoes, books & magazines, jewellery, household goods, picture frames and pet essentials.
Artisan Market
Running between February and December on the second Sunday of the month (or third Sunday in November) from 10am to 3pm, Wetherby holds its artisan market in the Market Place around the Town Hall, showcasing and selling locally produced arts, crafts, ceramics, jewellery, clothing, flowers and food & drink.
Run by Little Bird Markets, the artisan market offers a diverse, quality, shopping experience that celebrates independent producers and makers. It’s about people and the community; meeting the artisan makers and getting the social back into shopping.
Craft Market
Once a month (see What’s On for dates) from 10am to 3pm, Wetherby holds its indoor craft market within the Town Hall, offering a diverse range of unique, locally-handmade goods from bakes, jewellery and knitwear to candles, artwork and woodwork.
Run by Bee Crafty Markets, the indoor market hosts friendly traders, young and old, whose skilled hands craft products of real quality and value. There’s something for everyone – the perfect opportunity for gift shopping for those seeking meaningful alternatives to the mass-produced.
